Establishing Objectives 

Requirement analysis is taking into account the company objectives, clients, the infrastructure and draw up a comprehensive requirement list for various objectives. This discipline focuses on understanding the user and user expectations after understanding the basic objective of the site, its users and the brand pitch. Establishing objectives is to understand the company’s desired goals, the duration in which the company plans to achieve this and a detailed objective list is prepared based on their merit.

Interface Characterization

While the site structure is defined and site navigation with relevant intuitive messaging is cross verified by conducting a thorough usability evaluation. The visual designer engages in interpreting the Information Architecture and enriching the interface with a brand personality. The responsibility of the visual design team is to effectively use tools to bring about a true depiction and translation of the entire user interface for a project.

eEnabling

At this juncture the iWorks decides on the system design, and outlines the test plan, before developing the code.  While integration of the front and back end of the site is undertaken, the team platform is set for testing, and subsequent deployment of the site.

Evaluation and Delivery

During this entire process the Project Manager for the site, ensures that the client deliverables, periodic checkpoints and approvals from different entities within the client organization are procured. We see our project delivery team as a focal point to making projects come real. To enable this, members of the delivery team take on full project accountability for scheduled delivery of the project, while complying with the highest product quality standards.
